Take measurements as directed. Simply place your soft tape measure over your dog. Do not tighten it or add extra centimeters. This is provided for when sewing.

Tip: If you don't have a flexible tape measure, take a tape measure and measure it later.

3/ By default, the coat is made with a long collar and with a collar loop passage but without a harness loop passage .

But if you want a loop passage for the harness, and/or a hood, select the option, and tell us the measurements as requested.

Harness Loop Pass-Through Option Description:

• You can select the “harness buckle opening” option: you will need to give us the dimensions from the base of the neck.

A fairly large opening is made perpendicular to the neck.

A flap is provided to allow you to close the space when you are not using this opening.

I order the raincoat for my greyhound: What happens after my order is validated?

What you receive:

You will receive the waterproof coat in the size, color and options chosen when ordering.

Hood and harness opening/buckle pass-through options are additional.

NB: The accessories visible in some photos are only examples. They are not sold with the chosen garment.

Delivery :

The shipment will be by tracked Colissimo: you will receive your tracking number or via Mondial Relay, depending on your choice.

Please note, for Mondial Relay: we will send you an email within 24 to 48 hours to ask you which relay point you would like to be delivered to.

We guarantee our shipping times but not those related to delivery, which are beyond our control.

Returns / Exchanges:

However, if we are unable to dispatch your shipment within 7 working days, you will be informed.

Returns will be possible within 30 days of receipt of the package. You will need to contact us by email at: contact@iliopodandco.com, before the end of this period to arrange the return procedure.

If you change your mind or make a mistake in your size selection, return shipping costs are your responsibility. However, a return via Mondial Relay is possible.

And what about recycling?

If after purchasing this raincoat your dog grows, or gains muscle, and this coat becomes too small, don't worry: contact us and we will offer you

a discount of €10 for:

• Buying a brand new waterproof coat, tailored to your measurements
• Sending the old one. We'll refurbish it and send it to a shelter.

So you leave with a new item of clothing and you contribute to a great charitable action!
